I manage the daily operations of the engineering department along with a team of 8 team partners located in Wilmington, MA, Nashville, TN, New Kensington, PA and San Antonio, TX. This team is responsible for the daily oversight of utility bill payment & tracking utilizing EnergyCAP and BillCAPture, the support of all facilities for real estate both owned and leased property management, capital expenditure requests, and budgeting annually of $185M in spend, the tracking of all engineering managed projects, and the daily support of environmental & fleet division. We have approximately 300 facilities spanning the US, Canada, Mexico & Europe, but not all facilities are managed in the US, but oversight is needed. We are just starting to get our feet wet with a new ESG initiative at our company, so that will be my new focus is to understand CarbonHUB and how it can help us.
