I've worked in the utility field for 30+ years.  Prior to the past couple years, my focus was primarily on natural gas metering, collections and cashiering.  For the past two years I've switched focus and now monitor energy consumption (gas, electric, water, sewer) for 150 large properties using EnergyCAP.  Certain aspects of EnergyCAP that I'd like to take a deeper dive into include reports/features which may enable me to use EnergyCAP in the accrual process...particularly quarterly, semi-annual or year-end perm accruals.  Also if there is a good test to pinpoint unusual electricity Demand use, I'd like to try to see that.  And though basic, I'd like to see if there are simple ways within EnergyCAP to modify/add/subtract items from bill entry screens...I inherited these from my predecessor and it would be nice to modify certain items.  Finally, and of primary importance, I look forward to discussing the opportunities Carbon Hub presents.  My company has taken steps over the past several years to reduce energy consumption and I believe we have a good story to tell in that regard.  I'm anxious to see how we could best put Carbon Hub to use to help us tell this story in terms accepted by financial institutions, large corporations and the general public.  On a personal level, I enjoy talking about my family...I have a wife and four boys who range from 13 - 20...and I also enjoy talking about outdoor activities.
