Mike is the newest member of our Customer Success team.  His background includes over 30 years of experience in energy/utility management and energy accounting,  Mike's journey in the energy sector began at OmniComp, the predecessor to EnergyCAP LLC, where he played a pivotal role in various capacities, including as a contracted energy analyst for the City of Philadelphia, project management, and Faser training. In 1999, Mike showcased his innovative prowess by conceiving and designing Energy Watchdog, the first-ever 100% web-based energy accounting system. Over the next 15 years, he successfully delivered Energy Watchdog to a diverse array of customers, ranging from school districts and government entities to colleges, universities, banks, and ESCOs. In 2015, Mike decided to focus efforts on customer success versus maintaining the technology.  He contracted to white label EnergyCAP (branded as Energy Watchdog) and transferred his customers to Energy Watchdog/EnergyCAP.  Mike brings an abundant amount of EnergyCAP knowledge and hands-on experience to EnergyCAP’s Customer Success team. Beyond his professional achievements, Mike enjoys spending his spare time fishing with his sons and grandsons, enjoying the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City, N.J., and pursuing his passion for collecting old sports memorabilia.
